All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We’ll notify you by email once your order has been shipped and provide tracking information.


Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (Eastern Time).

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 8–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s network.

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 9–12 business days from the time of purchase, including both processing and shipping time.


Shipping Fees

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required and no hidden charges.

Currently, CarryLine HndbG Store ships only within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Sales Tax

All prices listed on our website include applicable state and local sales taxes. The amount displayed at checkout is the total price you’ll pay — there are no additional fees.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable and trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional delivery services to ensure reliable and timely shipping.

The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and shipping availability.

CarryLine HndbG Store is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.


Packaging & Quality Check

Before shipping, every order goes through a careful inspection and secure packaging process to ensure that your items arrive in excellent condition.

Once a package leaves our facility, handling and delivery are managed by the courier, and we cannot control any damage that may occur during transit.


Damaged Packages During Shipping

While we take great care in packaging your order, damages can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the courier directly to report the issue and file a damage claim.

Delivery Confirmation & Missing Packages

When a courier marks a package as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully fulfilled.

If you cannot locate your package:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors or building management.
  • Review the tracking information for delivery details.
  • Contact the courier directly for further assistance.

Please note that CarryLine HndbG Store is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received.

Sometimes, external factors such as severe weather, holidays, carrier delays, or regional disruptions may affect delivery timelines.
