1. Where is CarryLine HndbG Store based?
CarryLine is a U.S.-based online boutique that specializes in stylish, high-quality handbags. All orders are processed and shipped from within the United States.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our delivery network to serve international customers in the near future.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 8–10 business days depending on your location.
You can expect your order to arrive within 9–12 business days from the time of purchase.
4. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@carrylinehndbg.com.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at support@carrylinehndbg.com with your order number and reason for return.
7. Are returns free?
Yes! Each order includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the package. Simply repackage the item, attach the label, and drop it off at the specified courier location.
8. How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure payment gateways.
Currently, we do not accept cash, checks, or direct bank transfers.
10. Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant payment systems to keep your financial data safe.
We never store full card details on our servers.
11. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@carrylinehndbg.com.
Once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible — but you can request a return after delivery.
12. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
13. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different style or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

15. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, CarryLine does not offer gift cards — but stay tuned! We’re working on adding this feature soon.
